About Me
My Story
My name is Caleb Kinsaul and I’m the owner and certified home inspector of Caleb Kinsaul Real Estate Service. I love old homes and the history within them, and I enjoy the challenge of inspecting older properties. My own home in Columbus, GA was built in 1923.
When not inspecting homes, you’ll find me spending time with my rescued blind and deaf Great Dane and my Boxer who guides him. I also have a French Bulldog, a Chihuahua and a cat who rules them all. I’m an avid gardener and enjoy canning and cooking my homegrown vegetables, and sharing them with my friends and family. Connecting with people is exciting to me, and handing someone a freshly canned jar of salsa or homemade pepper jelly is always fun.
I’ve always been active in my community. When I was in high school, I established a Habitat for Humanity chapter, which became the town’s chapter as well. Later on, I owned a coffee shop and catering company and managed a farm. In 2005, I bought my first home to renovate and sell, which put me on the path towards becoming a residential inspector.

My Experience
Over the next several years, I was part of 40+ real estate transactions as either the buyer, seller, contractor or consultant. My experience showed me how important it was to have a quality home inspection presented the right way. After spending over 10 years in the real estate and construction industry, I decided to complete my training and became an InterNACHI certified home inspector. Any issue can be fixed, and it’s my job for you to understand this and see the potential in your property despite any negative findings.
My goal is to give you a solid understanding of your home and guide you through the home buying process. My entire process from performing your inspection to writing my report only takes about 4 hours, and I’m available to walk you through your results at any time, even if you have questions or concerns once you’ve closed on your home. As your home inspector, you can always count on me to be there to give you confidence in your investment.
